These two girls were totally all about it! The boy wasnt as excited but still went along with it! Here are some of the edgy shots we got down at the old train depot in Boca Raton.

Believe it or not, this was my first time ever attempting to shoot lighting. One night I was driving back home and noticed a bunch of lighting towards the ocean. I also knew that it was a full moon and that combo could have potential. I got home gathered my Canon 5d Mark 2 16-35 2.8 II lens, Manfrotto tripod and my Canon intervalometer ( which you can set the camera to fire constantly. I headed down to my favorite and closest beach in Boca Raton, Spanish River and went to work. I shot for about an hour, messing with exposures, angles… you name it, I tried it. Above is one of the better shots I got. My first lighting shot and it ran as the closing image in Eastern Surfing Magazines School’s Out for Summer article about a week after. Score!
Here is the second cover this month from a the same residence we shot last month. The last shot was shot on top of a 14 foot ladder and this one was done on the ground with a tripod
